1. INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY. ObviousTrades ("the Service") delivers automated market data,
sentiment analytics, portfolio risk metrics, and automated commentary strictly for
informational and educational purposes. Nothing provided by the Service is, or should be
construed as, financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

2. NOT A PROFESSIONAL / NO ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP. The operator of ObviousTrades is an individual
acting in a personal capacity with personal trading experience only. The operator is NOT a
registered investment adviser (RIA), broker, broker-dealer, financial planner, or Certified
Public Accountant (CPA), and is not licensed or registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, or
any regulatory body. Use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or
professional relationship.

3. NOT A RECOMMENDATION. No content (including risk levels, "actions," "watch" items,
sentiment scores, or alerts) is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any
security, option, futures contract, or other financial instrument, nor an endorsement of any
strategy. Any "action" language is a hypothetical, generalized illustration, not personalized
advice for your situation.

4. AUTOMATED CONTENT. Analysis is produced by automated models and algorithms that can be
delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY & RISK. You are solely and fully responsible for your own decisions and
outcomes. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including total loss of capital.

6. READ-ONLY DATA. Where you connect a brokerage account (via third-party aggregators such as
SnapTrade), access is read-only. The Service does not place trades or move money on your behalf.

7. NO WARRANTY / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of
any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObviousTrades and its operator disclaim all
liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Service, including its software, analytics, models, risk
methodology, design, text, graphics, logos, and the ObviousTrades name and mark, is the
property of ObviousTrades LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, frame, reverse
engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written
permission. Reports and analytics generated for your account are licensed to you for
personal, non-commercial use only.

9. CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL. Before making any financial decision, consult your own licensed
financial adviser, broker, tax professional, and/or attorney.
